At Topa Thermal, Nikoleta aims to address the growing need for sustainable products and operations in the cold chain packaging industry. She works on reducing the negative environmental impact by developing and testing thermal packaging solutions for customers and also providing carbon footprint calculations to help customers make sustainable choices.

Nikoleta enjoys the opportunity to experiment and discover, especially in sustainability projects.  She believes in creating sustainable and secure products for environmental stability and human well-being and is committed to helping customers make better choices by providing information on sustainability. As she puts it, “When a customer is happy with the thermal packaging solution, it makes me feel satisfied with my work.”

Outside of work, Nikoleta enjoys the little things in life, like a cup of tea and an old book, relaxing walks in nature, learning crafts, growing flowers and spending time with family.

“When a customer is happy with the solution, it makes me feel satisfied with my work.”
