Real time testing is at the heart of accurate thermal packaging qualification – it should not however be the bottleneck to getting the solution you need to support your product’s release. With 21 thermal test chambers at our site today, we can accommodate multiple large scale qualification projects, ensuring no delay in developing you the right packaging for your product.

Mechanical Testing Matters

Temperature controlled packages are complex systems. They contain components that require specific conditioning and defined positioning to meet the thermal performance expectations. Our testing centre is the only one in the industry to combine both thermal and mechanical testing within one facility. It’s this unique combination that means our packaging solutions not only meet the thermal challenge but also the mechanical rigors of what can often be global distribution – using the fewest materials possible. As part of any °Connex You program we incorporate mechanical testing alongside thermal qualification and design.

Sometimes it is unfeasible to arrange the return of temperature controlled packaging materials. By sharing with us details of the final destination, we can create a solution that has the lowest impact on the receiving companies’ waste management programs and ensures we consider their country regulations.

Multiple use does not need to mean forever

Reusable temperature controlled packaging can mean a number of things. From hi-end steel and composite solutions – designed to be reused hundreds of times – to corrugate based products that offer reuse lifetimes ranging from ten to twenty cycles. The risk when investing in any reuse program is that your products or the distribution process itself may change.
