Service means: we’ll provide the official test reports to our customers at no additional charge. All underlying test data remain part of our IP.
The customer accepts at least a one year purchase commitment after official release of the product(s) with a minimum annual purchase value of EUR 10,000.
Supply
Our confirmed delivery date means: the date at which we have your ordered products ready for final shipment at our production facility.
We are permitted to reconfirm an order due to unforeseen circumstances, but should be at least two weeks prior to confirmed delivery date.
If a reconfirmation is made within the (min) 2 weeks’ notice, the customer receives a 5% reduction on the delayed product order value.
Performance
Any product should be undamaged, returned within 6 months of delivery date and in re-sellable condition.
Price
Best price calculation vs competitive price is based on a price/liter payload calculation. For example if our selling price is EUR 50 for a 15L system, and a competitor offers EUR 45 for a 12L, our system price (e.g. EUR 3,33/L) will be regarded as cheaper than the competitive one (EUR 3,75).
Lowest price guarantee means: if a customer can show us a competitive pricing offer; we will match the price with a 5% reduction. The competitive system should have the same temperature profile, duration, payload etc., for Topa Thermal to determine.
