Ellie started her career as a paramedic. She’s seen from both sides of a medical emergency how much the whole care team and the patient depend on the right medication being there, in good condition, safe and on time. Combined with a Master’s in gerontology and an Executive MBA, it gives her a way of looking at distribution challenges that goes beyond the commercial.

At Topa Thermal, she leads the sales organisation, working with her team and customers as true partners. She believes the best solutions come from getting close to the challenge together, understanding how things work in practice, across the entire supply chain, not just at the point of sale.

She brings people together, internally and with customers, through open and honest conversation. Because for Ellie, that’s genuinely how good solutions get built. “Working together is not just a statement for us. We have open communication – we support and consult with each other all the time.”

Outside of work, Ellie is happiest when she’s moving, hiking, skiing, diving, or somewhere new in the world she hasn’t explored yet. Good food along the way is non-negotiable.
