Product Coordinator
At Topa Thermal, we’re growing our Product team — and that means we’re looking for someone who can help keep everything connected behind the scenes.
As our new Product Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Product Director to make sure product development and sales stay aligned. From pricing and product data to the details that keep everything accurate and up to date, you’ll be the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
It’s a key role that keeps things moving, supports the wider team, and helps turn great ideas into solutions that work in practice.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping things running smoothly: Taking ownership of day-to-day coordination, helping ensure product development and sales processes stay organised and on track.
Maintaining accurate data: Making sure pricing and product information in our internal systems is always correct, up to date, and easy to rely on.
Supporting marketing and colleagues: Sharing product information with the Marketing team and helping colleagues stay informed on new and existing product lines.
Market Research: Collecting and organising feedback from customers, along with insights on competitors, to help inform decisions.
Supporting Product Development: Helping guide new products from design through to manufacturing, ensuring all the right information is in place for a smooth handover.
You will bring:
Clear communication skills and an analytical mindset
A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Your background:
HBO+ level of working and thinking
Strong command of both Dutch and English Experience in product management
Nice to have:
Experience with thermal packaging (a plus, not essential)
Project management training
